About Ganny Gbadebo

Prior to establishing Fair Play Training Ganny worked for a number of years as Training and Development Officer specialising in the design and delivery of training courses aimed at the promotion of race, sex and disability equality.

He has a Masters Degree from London University in Race & Ethnic Relations, the core subjects of which included race, politics and law, and regularly attends specialist development courses to maintain his awareness of current legal & best practice equality issues.

Ganny is the author of a number of training resource packs under contract to Pavilion (Brighton) Publishers Ltd and is frequently commissioned by organisations to produce training resource packs for use in-house.
He is also the author of a number of commissioned video scripts & video productions addressing a variety of equality & diversity issues.

Ganny is currently an advisor on equality & diversity issues to a number of organisations and provides many of the courses that Fair Play Training is commissioned to supply.

He also has the support of several specialist Associated Trainers who will occasionally provide training / consultancy under contract to Fair Play Training.
