Many of the clients we work with are within the Affordable Housing field and as a result we have considerable knowledge of the regulatory framework and legal responsibilities of these types of organisations, together with a good understanding and appreciation of the skills and knowledge requirements of Board Members, Managers, Staff and Tenant / Resident Representatives.

HEALTH / SOCIAL CARE

Many of our clients are come from Social & Health Care settings. We have developed and delivered a large number of training courses orientated towards promoting equality & diversity related issues in Health Care setting at Board, Consultants, Managers and frontline staff levels and in Social Care at Team, Unit, Manager and Senior Management levels.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Fair Play has worked with a number of Council’s over many years to provide equality training at Member, Senior Officer, Manager and Frontline staff levels. This experience has enabled us to build our knowledge of the challenges (legal and best practices) and benefits (business) that promoting equality and diversity can bring to these types of organisations.
