RACE RELATIONS ACT

The requirements of this Act can be provided as a standalone course, or be part of a general introduction to anti-discrimination law or be part of a course addressing specific race relations / BME issues.

Depth and length of input will be adjusted to meet your training objectives and target audience

Defining meaning of race, colour, nationality & ethnic and national origin (racial grounds), identifying types of discrimination that are prohibited, identifying key employment & service provision issues, defining racial harassment, identifying liability issues & the duties of Public Authorities – providing context specific best practice recommendations
