Ganny Gbadebo founded Fair Play Training in 1993 and is the principal trainer and consultant.

He has a Masters Degree from London University in Race & Ethnic Relations, the core subjects of which include race, politics and law.

He studied International Human Rights Law in Practice at the London School of Economics and he is a member of the Human Rights Lawyers Association.

He regularly attends specialist legal courses to maintain his awareness of current legal & best practice around equality and human rights issues.
