He studied Race & Ethnic Relations (MSc) at London University and International Human Rights Law & Practice (Cert IHRLP) at the London School of Economics.

Ganny has worked with a wide variety of public and private sector organisations and has over 25 years experience designing and delivering equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) training solutions and providing a wide range of EDI related consultancy services.
