Typically these sessions last an hour, require the completion of a short pre-session questionairre, followed by a private and confidential 60 minute Teams consultation, the provision of expert guidance tailored to your circumstances with a follow up email containing a summary o fthe session outcomes. summarised key guidance notes.

Personalised guidance for leaders who want to learn more about leading inclusively, identify personal challenges and set inclusive leadership goals.

EDIB related policy & practice review
Consultancy support and guidance aimed at ensuring policies, procedures and practices are inclusive, reflect best practice and comply with relevant legislation.
The duration of the consultancy period depends on your specific requirements and will be agreed at the time of commission.
Per hour : £175
Half day : £475 (3 hours)
Full day : £875 (6 hours)
EDIB Strategy support
Advisory session for organisations that need help developing, refreshing or evaluating their equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy + associated action plans.

Chairing EDIB working groups
The provision of expert guidance and support for EDIB working groups and networks.
I have extensive experience chairing EDIB working groups.
Costs depends on your specific requirements, the number and duration of meetings, my role and responsibilities, and whether my attendance is online or in-person.
