  • key facts about the experiences of diverse groups in the workplace
  • the requirements of the Equality Act 2010
  • the impact that prejudice, stereotyping and bias can have on their ability to be an inclusive leader
  • questions to identify the inclusiveness of policies, behaviour, actions and decisions 
  • actions they can take to demonstrate inclusive leadership
