This course has been designed for people leaders who wish to increase their disability awareness and identify actions they can take to promote disability inclusion in their workplace.

No prior knowledge of this topic is required.

On this course you will be introduced to:

• 3 ways disability can be defined
• facts on disability demographics  
• common barriers experienced by disabled people
• the impact disability related prejudice, stereotyping and bias can have 
• the requirements of the Equality Act 2010
• actions you can take to promote disability inclusion
