This course has been designed for people leaders who wish to increase their  awareness of psychological safety and how to promote it in their workplace. 

No prior knowledge of this topic is required.

On this course you will be introduced to:

• the defintion of psychological safety 
• the impact feeling psychologically unsafe can have on someone
• common barriers to team psychological safety
• common indicators of a high / low level of team psychological safety   
• actions a leader can take to build team psychological safety
• actions a leader can take to measure team psychological safety
